Hello and welcome to Sow and Grow—a little corner of the internet where seeds, stories, and soil come together. I’m so glad you’re here!I’m gardening in Clementon, New Jersey, which falls in USDA Hardiness Zone 7b (winters between 5°F and 10°F). That means spring planting typically starts after our average last frost in mid-April, and we enjoy a growing season well into October, with first frost usually around mid-October.
This blog is born out of a deep love for gardening—not just the blooms and harvests, but the quiet lessons the garden teaches us: patience, resilience, and renewal. Whether you’re planting your very first seedling or tending a flourishing backyard plot, you’re invited to grow along with me.
